Royce Clemens is Vice President Vice President of Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Murphy McCormack in 2022, Mr. Clemens completed his 3-year investment banking analyst program in Dallas, TX where he worked under Société Générale’s Trade and Commodity Finance division and earned his Series 63 and Series 79 Securities Licenses. Mr. Clemens served as a lead analyst for the groups $40mm+ revenue generating portfolio primarily comprised of large private and public companies dedicated to the Energy, Agricultural and Metals sectors. During his tenure, Mr. Clemens assisted Senior Bankers through various credit underwriting functions and completed numerous deal structuring and executions ranging from $40mln to $3.4bln bilateral and syndicated transactions, to interest rate swaps and foreign exchange and derivative hedging lines on the bank debt platform.

Mr. Clemens has a Bachelor of Science Economics degree from the Pennsylvania State University, where he competed for the Men’s varsity volleyball team and was involved in various leadership programs.

Jabbar is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Sidereal Capital. Prior to joining Sidereal, Jabbar was a Managing Director at Cordova, Smart, & Williams, LLC (“CSW”), a middle-market private equity firm. Prior to CSW, Jabbar worked at GE Capital where he held various positions. He was a Vice President in GE Capital’s Merchant Banking Unit and GE Capital's Private Equity Unit, GE Equity.

Prior to his tenure at GE Capital, Jabbar was a management consultant with First Manhattan Consulting Group. Jabbar began his career with Furman Selz, a New York-based investment bank. Jabbar earned an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Nithin Krishna

Dr. Krishna is a board licensed psychiatrist and serial mental health entrepreneur. He formerly served as the founder and CEO of the multimillion dollar Bloom Mental Health clinics and board member of the India-based TransformHappily mental health clinics.

 

Tim Krongard

Recently, Tim Krongard acquired Chesapeake Chemlab, a local provider of equipment, service and chemical products for commercial dishwashers and laundry machines. Prior to that, he was in venture capital for 20 years. He is also involved in a small cap stock fund, other private companies, and various philanthropic activities.

Bob is Managing Partner and Founding Partner of Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors, a boutique investment banking and corporate advisory firm in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Mr. McCormack has more than 32 years of financial services experience, and focuses on providing advisory services related to business sales, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business valuations, debt and equity financing, and select turnaround projects. He formed Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors in 2005. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Bancorp, Inc., a $1 billion financial services holding company with bank branches and affiliates located throughout central Pennsylvania.
