Add-On Ready: Preparing Your Company for Successful Acquisition Integration
Presented By: Consero Global
Add-on acquisitions can accelerate growth—but only when companies are prepared to absorb them. This session brings together experienced acquirers, private equity investors, and integration experts to explore what it takes to be truly “add-on ready.” Panelists will discuss how aligning leadership, systems, processes, and culture before closing enables smoother integrations, faster synergies, and less disruption, turning acquisition strategies into repeatable growth engines rather than costly operational challenges.

Honeyman brings over 15 years of experience leading private equity- and venture capital-backed companies. Her experience leading global finance teams gives her a unique perspective on what clients truly value: accuracy, speed, insight, and trust, making her exceptionally well-suited to guide Consero’s product strategy and delivery organization.
Her priorities for Consero include strengthen the link between execution, product innovation, and client outcomes, scaling AI-driven solutions that deliver faster, more efficient outcomes for clients, and strengthening the company’s position as the trusted choice for CFOs looking to modernize their finance departments.
“I like to say that ‘strategy without finance is poetry, and finance without strategy is accounting.’ I’m excited to be in a position to help more financial leaders bridge the gap between the two with the best tools and insights to push their companies forward.”
As a former Consero client, Honeyman brings unique, firsthand experience with Consero’s value proposition. “Consero did in months what would have taken me years. In my first year in the finance seat at my company, Consero enabled me to do purchase accounting for two acquisitions, modernize the financial tech stack for three companies, complete two cash-to-accrual transitions and complete the combined company’s first audit.”
Honeyman joined Consero after successful tenures at ROR Partners and RafterOne (formerly PixelMEDIA), where her leadership as CFO was instrumental in scaling financial operations, integrating acquisitions, and modernizing the finance tech stack.
She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Business and BS in Math from the University of Vermont.
