Dave Crabbe

Dave is the co-founder and CEO of Essential Holdings, a long-hold investment firm focused on acquiring cash-flowing, blue-collar businesses across New England. Founded in early 2025, Essential has already anchored three platform investments and is actively pursuing a fourth. Previously, Dave was a Partner at Bain & Company and served on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps.
