At Gridiron Capital, Sean focuses on developing new business partnerships, marketing, communicating with business owners, and managing investment sourcing and exit planning. Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Sean served as vice president at BB&T Capital Markets in Richmond, Virginia. His responsibilities at BB&T included executing mergers and acquisitions advisory for middle-market businesses, as well as establishing and strengthening business development relationships with middle-market investors. Earlier in his career, Sean worked at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.

As Co-CEO Jim is responsible for the strategic vision of FIG and the Family of Companies. With Jim’s strong sales and marketing background, he brings his passion for helping people, his vision for new initiatives and leadership skills to assist in leading the company. Jim continues to be integral in the startup of many programs, resources and companies that live to serve and support FIG’s distribution.

He is also a Founder and Partner with Alphastar Capital Management (RIA), Barnabas Capital (Wholesale BD), IPCG (P&C offering) and Life Innovators (Product Development Company). Jim, along with the rest of the senior management team sit on various carrier and industry specific advisory boards. They are readily accessible and always willing to assist in any way possible. Our work today is better than yesterday and our work tomorrow will be better than today, is the motto Jim leads by.

Terry Corpening is founder and President of Mercury Tech Partners. His extensive background in technology deployment services, with IBM, Food Lion, and Datatech Systems, set the stage to start MTP in 2003. With no, investors(or money or credit), customers, suppliers, office, or employees, this dream became reality out of shear grit and passion. A few of my guiding principals are, "work hard, have fun, make money while providing exemplary service, and an amazing customer experience". Ethics, attitude, and accountability are the building blocks for the success of MTP. I enjoy life, and my career is so much of my life, I want to enjoy that too, everyday.

Dale Gillmore is the Founder & CEO of Quest. He brings over 25 years of M&A and family office experience, working closely with privately held business owners. He is a licensed CPA in NC and Michigan, passed the Series SIE, Series 3, 63, 79 & 82 exams and is a FINRA member. Dale has a passion for helping children and in 2010 he founded the Make an Impact Foundation.
