J. Edward (Buddy) Watson, III

Mr. Watson has over 40 years of experience within the hospitality and lodging industry and has been directly involved in more than 50 hotels as a managing partner and advisor in the development, ownership, and operation of branded hotels primarily with Marriott. He has worked with numerous investors both public and private. Currently, the company sold two hotels in August.
