Jim Cooper

As Co-CEO Jim is responsible for the strategic vision of FIG and the Family of Companies. With Jim’s strong sales and marketing background, he brings his passion for helping people, his vision for new initiatives and leadership skills to assist in leading the company. Jim continues to be integral in the startup of many programs, resources and companies that live to serve and support FIG’s distribution.

He is also a Founder and Partner with Alphastar Capital Management (RIA), Barnabas Capital (Wholesale BD), IPCG (P&C offering) and Life Innovators (Product Development Company). Jim, along with the rest of the senior management team sit on various carrier and industry specific advisory boards. They are readily accessible and always willing to assist in any way possible.
