Sean Hartley

Sean is currently an executive in the med device sector with Private Equity and has held senior roles in the Financial, Health and Life Science and Automotive manufacturing industries. Prior to that Sean held consulting positions in the IT and Health and Wellness industries. Sean has led global Talent Development teams and established Talent Development and Executive coaching programs globally. As a global executive Human Resource leader Sean understands the importance of skilled and sustainable leadership and the impact this has on an organization.
