After 20 years selling in the IT server space, I opened Burgess Computer Decisions (BCD) in November 1999 as an IT reseller building high-availability servers for large corporations and morphed into the video surveillance infrastructure space in 2008. BCD now has over 170,000 systems recording video in 91 countries - from multinational Armed Forces to Zoos and everywhere in between.
