Building the Capital Stack: Financing Growth at Every Stage
Presented By: Aprio / CIBC
As businesses grow, their capital needs change—and the right financing strategy at one stage may not be the right solution at the next. We’ll explore how companies can build and evolve their capital stacks to support different stages of growth, from funding organic expansion and working capital needs to acquisitions, major investments and other strategic opportunities. Panelists will examine the roles of debt, equity and other sources of capital; how companies should evaluate cost, flexibility and risk; and how business leaders can match the right capital to the right opportunity while preserving options for what comes next.
