Behzad Mansouri is a Division Executive at Charles Schwab where he helps lead the growth of the firm's UHNW and Institutional client business, across all asset classes. He serves on the Board of a VC Fund and clean energy company, complimenting his background in capital markets and investment management. An alumni of Columbia University and Harvard Business School, he has previously worked for both US and International firms including Merrill Lynch, Barclays Captial, BNY Mellon and Credit Agricole.

Jeff is currently the Presiden of the National Christian Foundation - Chicago. He joined NCF in 2017 coming from his own firm that purchased, rehabbed and managed a portfolio of single-family homes. His 30 years of experience in the financial industry include working as an auditor at Arthur Anderson and trading derivative products in Chicago as well as Hong Kong where his eldest daughter Bailey Ming was born. He has led various organizations from a small technology integration firm to the acting Co-CIO of a $3B multi-strategy hedge fund. His journey to NCF came after completing the Master’s Program based on Bob Buford’s book Halftime in which the author extols his readers to “Go from Success to Significance”.
Jeff has a B.S. in Accountancy from University of Illinois and passed the CPA exam in September of 1987.

In 2017, Bryce Bowman founded People 1st Advisors (P1A), a company focused on investing in small and middle-market companies and partnering with the teams to find the best path forward together. During his career, he has founded four businesses and successfully acquired and operated more than 10 service-based firms.
Previously he was CEO, managing partner and board member of Community 1st Advisors, a homeowner association management firm with more than 30,000 properties that was recently acquired by Associa, the nation’s largest association management group. He was also founding executive director and board member of Citizen Schools, an organization that operated within Chicago Public Schools in order to advance student proficiency in under-resourced neighborhood schools. Bowman was Partner and Founder of SMB Asset Advisors, a commercial real estate investment firm which invested in, and successfully exited, a series of real estate ventures.
He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in Political Science and Systems Engineering and obtained an MBA from the Olin Business School, Washington University, St. Louis. Bryce also holds the prestigious Masters in Education Leadership from The Broad Center housed at Yale University’s Graduate School of Management. He served in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Captain.
Bryce is very active within Chicago’s philanthropic community and has decades of experience on nonprofit and for profit boards. Bryce lives in Chicago with his wife of 20 years and their seventh, fifth and third-grade children.

She sits on the board of directors of numerous associations such as the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA), and mHUB. Nicole also serves as the current chairman of the Technology and Manufacturing Association (TMA).
