Dan Novaes is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mode Mobile, where he’s redefining how people engage with technology through the company’s “Earn As You Go” model. Under his leadership, Mode has helped millions generate passive income from their smartphones and achieved 32,481% revenue growth from 2019 to 2022, ranking #1 in Software on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500. A lifelong entrepreneur, Dan launched ventures in e-commerce, consumer goods, and media, collectively approaching $100M in revenue.

A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, he was one of the youngest members of YPO and the Chicago Economic Club. Today, he also leads Mode’s strategic M&A and roll-up model in the mobile app space, acquiring and scaling profitable apps like AppLock and integrating them into the EarnOS ecosystem to maximize user reach, monetization, and long-term growth.
