With longstanding experience in Investment Banking, Shawn brings a deep understanding of the needs of PE executives and business owners alike. Clients appreciate his relational approach and expert guidance through all stages of their transactions. Prior to Copper Run, Shawn garnered great experience originating, structuring, negotiating and closing more than 50 leveraged finance deals for First Financial Bank and managing different industry verticals at Fifth Third Bank.

Matt is a Managing Director in Copper Run’s Cleveland office. With over 20 years of experience serving privately-held companies, family business owners, private equity firms and public boards of directors, Matt is known for his strategic insights, deep industry knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients. His prior experience includes advising industrial and service companies while with Citizens M&A Advisory, Western Reserve Partners, Harris Williams and National City.
