Luke Visnic is Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Cleveland Kitchen, where his focus is on building their operational capabilities and focuses on internal strategic projects. Before starting Cleveland Kitchen with his two brother-in-laws, Luke was a practicing architect and worked at several established firms in Cleveland before turning his attention to the subtle art of fermentation.
