Kevin Stein is President and Chief Executive Officer with TransDigm Group. His primary focus is driving shareholder value creation through acquisition and organic growth within TransDigm and the aerospace industry. TransDigm, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, is a leading producer of a wide array of highly engineered proprietary aerospace components. The company has acquired numerous aerospace businesses since its formation in 1993. Prior to joining TransDigm, Dr. Stein worked for Precision Castparts Corporation, now a division of Berkshire Hathaway, as President of the Castings and Forgings Group and an Executive Vice President of Precision Castparts Corporation. Previously, Dr. Stein worked for Cooper Industries and Tyco Electronics/Raychem Corporation as division presidents.
