Christal Contini is the chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Her practice is focused on representing strategic buyers and sellers in various types of transactions, including complex mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, and distressed acquisitions and dispositions. Christal also provides general corporate counseling to a variety of middle market businesses, business owners, boards of directors, management teams and investors.

Liz Roth is focused on continuing to build-up Copper Run’s presence in Northeast Ohio. She is responsible for transaction execution and business development.

Prior to Copper Run, Liz was a Vice President at Pease Capital Advisors, the M&A advisory division of Northeast Ohio’s Pease, CPAs, where she was responsible for the management and execution of client engagements. She has extensive experience with proprietary deal sourcing and has worked on numerous searches across a variety of industries including Distribution, Manufacturing, and Professional Services. Lizabeth believes in family and the importance of integrity. She spends her free time taking in Cleveland sports or figuring out who did it while watching psychological thrillers.
