William Palmer

William Palmer is President of Winston Products, holding company for 6 consumer products brands that sell into mass retail domestically and internationally.

After graduating college, William worked in business valuation and litigation support at Skoda Minotti before joining Brown Gibbons Lang (BGL) as an Investment Banker in the Industrials & Metals sectors. William then joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC’) Deals Group as a manager in the financial diligence and bankruptcy consulting practice. After PwC, William joined Perfect Keto, a self funded nutritional supplement startup in Austin, Texas as head of finance and operations. In 2021, he led the sale of Perfect Keto to a venture capital group and joined Winston Products.

Matthew Shehorn

Northwest Sponsor Finance

Matt Shehorn is the Head of Credit for Northwest Bank's Sponsor Finance vertical and serves as the Vice Chairman of Northwest's Senior Loan Committee. Prior to joining Northwest in 2023, Matt was a Managing Director at Fidus Capital, a private credit platform with over $1.0 billion in AUM. Prior to Fidus, Matt was a Senior Associate within Allied Capital's control buyout group and an Analyst within Credit Suisse's investment banking division.
