John McGuire is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Corporate and Finance practice group at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP. John counsels clients in acquisition and divestment transactions and on general corporate matters, with a particular focus on family owned businesses – advising parents and grandparents who wish to pass their business on to the next generations.
