Justin Thomas

Justin Thomas is a partner at Cohen & Co, head of its Transaction Services Group and co-leader of the Private Equity Group. He has grown the Transaction Services team to 30 professionals over the past decade, serving private equity and operating company buyers and sellers nationwide. Also on the Board of Managers, Justin helps execute the firm’s M&A strategy.
