Mr. Abrams became a Principal at SK Capital in 2024. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Valtris Specialty Chemicals, GEON Performance Solutions, and Milestone Environmental Services. He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Niacet and Woodstock.
Prior to joining SK Capital in 2015, Mr. Abrams worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group of Deutsche Bank, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions across multiple industries.
Mr. Abrams graduated magna cum laude with a BSBA in finance and accounting from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
