The firm seeks to make early-stage investments and has a preference for minority stakes.100KM has had numerous investments in 2026 alone, including a $10 million later-stage VC Series A in Scout Space and a seed round for  Dopl.

In 2024, Tria acquired Softrams, a leading technology firm specializing in human-centered digital services and system modernization for federal agencies. Tria is a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital, a government technology-focused U.S. private equity firm.

The combination creates a scaled, vertically integrated provider of technology and operational capabilities serving critical missions across federal health, as well as select public safety customers. The new Tria Federal powers large-scale programs that serve millions of beneficiaries and providers every day, supporting the health and security of Veterans, service members, and civilians.

Gautam Ijoor is the founder and CEO of Alpha Omega, building mission-focused solutions that ensure the U.S. remains a global leader in national security, federal financial, health, space and science through AI, cybersecurity, and digital modernization. Named a 2026 Top Industry Executive to Watch by WashingtonExec, and a 2025 finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year, Mid-Atlantic, he led the company's growth from $500,000 to $201 M in 9 years and doubled the company overnight by acquiring government contracting companies SeKON and Macro Solutions on the same day in January 2025.

A humble leader and passionate advocate for education and service, he mentors students, women, and minority-owned small business owners. As a Board Member of ChildHelp, he is dedicated to actively combating and preventing child abuse and neglect worldwide.

 

 

Mark Lee

Entarian

Entarian, co-founded by Jingli Yang and Peter Li in 1993 and based in Greenbelt, MD, provides engineering, technology, and scientific solutions for high consequence missions in the federal defense and civilian markets. The company completed the acquisition of Sev1Tech on February 17, 2026. Prior to this, the company received an undisclosed amount of development capital from Macquarie Capital on May 21, 2024, aimed at expanding their client base and driving growth. The executive team includes Mark Lee, Jon Meyer (CFO), Chris Rodriguez (CGO), and Laura Alessi (Chief Business Officer). Macquarie Capital is the primary investor.

Advanced IT Concepts (AITC)

Advanced IT Concepts (AITC), founded in 2006, operates as a systems integration firm focused on defense and federal agencies. The company has 198 employees and provides services such as enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity hardening, and medical simulation. AITC acquired Fidelity Technology Services and now heads one of the largest aerial simulator companies in the country. The deal closed in June 2026 and Truist provided debt financing, Falcon provided mezz, and FVLCRUM provided equity.

 

 

Nooks Deal Team

Nooks, founded in 2021 and headquartered in Arlington, VA, develops a classified infrastructure platform designed for secure work environments. Nooks is co-founded by Sean Blackman (CEO), Hunter Price (Director of Government Affairs), and David Willard (Head of Growth). The company has active investments from Lockheed Martin Ventures, PEAK6 Strategic Capital, and Zigg Capital.

The company has 44 employees and provides access to a network of classified workspaces along with supporting security services for government contractors and organizations.

Nooks raised $25M in a Series A round led by Zigg Capital on June 9, 2025, bringing the total amount raised to date to $30.16M.

22nd Century Technologies, based in McLean, VA, provides information technology consulting services primarily for federal, state, and local government agencies. 22nd Century Technologies, which has 6,000 employees, has made recent acquisitions including BT federal, 100% subsidiary of BT Group (British Telecom),  Queues Enforth Development, a public safety software developer, and TreasurySoft, an Oracle ERP product company.

IMB Partners

IMB Partners, a leading private equity firm focused on partnering with management teams to build middle-market companies in the utility and infrastructure services sectors acquired Strategic Land Services, a Georgia-based heavy civil contractor specializing in site preparation and infrastructure services for electric utility projects. The transaction was finalized in late May, and led by Lamar Warren.

The investment comes amid a multi-year surge in electric infrastructure spending across Georgia and the broader Southeast, as utilities expand transmission and substation capacity to meet rising demand from population growth, advanced manufacturing, and data center development. During this growth period, SLS will focus on expanding the Company’s service lines, deepening its presence across the broader Southern Company system, extending its geographic reach into adjacent states, and building a regional site preparation platform through partnerships with infrastructure businesses in the area by building on IMB’s experience growing utility services businesses such as LaFata Contract Services, Carr & Duff, and Farwest Corrosion Control Company.
