Michael Barnhart is founder and former Chief Executive Officer of SecuriGence. In addition to guiding day-to-day business operations and strategic direction, he actively supports clients in the areas of Cyber Security and Systems Engineering. Michael has 15 years of technology engineering and security experience, supporting organizations such as the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Lockheed Martin, and the General Services Administration. Since founding SecuriGence in 2010, he has led the company to a compound annual growth rate of 89%.

Barry Calogero, a FOCUS Managing Director who leads the Government and Defense and Business Services Industry groups, brings more than 30 years of executive management and consulting experience. As an Investment Banker, his prior leadership experience at four companies enables him to partner with clients, as a fierce advocate helping clients succeed financially while securing their legacy.

Kelly joined HB Wealth in January 2025 after working with WMS Partners. She is a Senior Wealth Advisor with HB Wealth Family Office whose focus centers on helping clients identify and pursue the impact they wish to create in their families, their communities, and the world. Kelly works with individuals and families who are navigating the complexities of sudden wealth–whether that wealth is derived from the sale of a business, an inheritance, a divorce, or some other life event. Kelly has over 15 years of experience coaching individuals and families through the intricacies of business succession planning, estate planning, the creation of charities, generational gifting, trust creation and administration, financial literacy, financial stewardship, philanthropy, and impact investing.
