Chrissy Cox

Chrissy Cox is the head of corporate development for Booz Allen. Chrissy leads the M&A process from strategic sourcing to executing the transaction to overseeing the post-merger integration at Booz Allen. She and her team were instrumental in Booz Allen's recent acquisitions of Par Government, Tracepoint, Everwatch, and Liberty IT. Before joining Booz Allen, Chrissy was the director of strategic development at Engility Corporation, where she led the strategic planning and the M&A process. She also worked at the Renaissance Strategic Advisors and Lockheed Martin. Chrissy is on the Board of Directors of Association for Corporate Growth - DC Capital Region and has an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.S. in economics and political science from James Madison University.
