Hazvinei Mugwagwa

Hazvinei 'Haz' is a corporate and securities attorney with broad cross-functional experience in a variety of roles as legal counsel (private practice and in-house) and in business as a marketing and sales executive in the global biotechnology and nutrition industry. Hazvinei focuses on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, capital formation and transactions such as venture capital, private equity, or private credit. Hazvinei’s clients include founders, executives, private funds, lower and mid-market businesses, family offices and public companies. In addition to being an advocate for his clients and navigating transactions with them, Hazvinei also looks to lend his knowledge and experience to new entrepreneurs and initiatives that nurture and develop new enterprises. For the last several years, Hazvinei has been a business reviewer for the Maryland Industrial Partnerships (MIPS) and with the Maryland Launch Fund.
