Ric DeVore is executive vice president and regional president of PNC Bank in Detroit and Southeast Michigan. In this role, he is PNC’s lead banker in the region and also chairs the local PNC Foundation. DeVore serves on the board of directors of Business Leaders for Michigan, Oakland University, Cranbrook, Detroit Economic Club and Detroit Regional Chamber.

Larry is the President of Brinker - a family of five companies that provides a complete range of construction services for commercial developments and is a major player in the transformation of Detroit. Raising the bar for the depth and breadth of services one company can provide to clients, Larry continues to build upon the Brinker story that his Father, Larry Brinker, Sr. started 30 years ago. He is a progressive leader and catalyst for growth who has been involved in over $2 billion dollars of construction projects through the years. The family of five companies that make up Brinker are: L.S. Brinker, Brinker Team Construction, Universal Glass & Metals, City Carpet & Flooring, and Edgewood Electric.

Elizabeth Ventimiglia is the Americas TAS Acquisitions Leader at EY. In this role she leads EY’s TAS Acquisitions Program in the Americas, encompassing the sourcing, closing and integration of acquisitions. She has over 15 years of professional experience focused on M&A advisory, strategy, financial analysis and valuation.
