Ms. Pawlowski is a corporate attorney with experience in matters spanning a broad array of complex transactions and business issues. She works with companies in a variety of industries, including retail, apparel, consumer products, software, and banking and finance, among others. Ms. Pawlowski is passionate about providing excellent client service, finding creative and nimble solutions for her clients, and delivering advice in a succinct, actionable manner. Ms. Pawlowski previously litigated complex, high-stakes business cases for a large, private law firm.  She also previously served as in-house counsel for Carhartt, Inc., where she managed a broad range of legal matters, including corporate transactions, regulatory and compliance issues, intellectual property portfolio management and anti-counterfeiting initiatives, litigation matters, and legal process innovation, among others.

Kathleen Craig is the Founder and CEO of Plinqit. Prior to launching Plinqit, Craig served as the Vice President of eServices at a Michigan based bank. In that role she was the purchaser and product manager for all client facing technologies.

Craig’s experience in banking, technology and financial management led her to the development of Plinqit, a platform designed with the purpose of changing people's financial future by connecting them to the right content and information from their financial institution. Craig has successfully raised over $10 million in venture funding for Plinqit and has partnered with several of the largest financial technology companies in the world. Plinqit now serves over 50 community institutions in 20+ states ranging from $30 million in assets to over $20 billion in assets.

Danny is the CEO and co-founder of SkySpecs. He is a two-time graduate of the University of Michigan with a BSE and MSE in Aerospace Engineering. Danny is an Endeavor Entrepreneur, Techstars alum, and Forbes 30 under 30 awardee. Danny lives in Ann Arbor with his wife, two daughters, and two goldendoodles.

Tony is a Partner at Huron Capital, a lower middle market private equity platform based in Detroit, MI. Tony’s experience includes minority and majority equity recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, and debt financings for businesses across a variety of industries. Prior to Huron Capital, Tony was a Principal at Rockbridge Growth Equity, Vice President in the Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs and a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
