Naimish Patel is General Partner of Providus Capital Partners and Chairman/Co-Founder of Seva Dental Team. Previously, Naimish Patel was the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tru Family Dental that was sold to Heartland Dental in December 2020. As Senior Advisor to Long Point Capital, Naimish served on the Board of Directors of UMA Enterprises and Cumming Corporation.
Previously, Naimish was Managing Director of CITG Capital, a private equity firm focused on investing capital on behalf of an entrepreneurial family office. Before joining CITG Capital, Naimish was a Principal at Long Point Capital.
Prior to Long Point Capital, Naimish was an Investment Analyst at Frontenac Company and an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Naimish received a BBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan and an MBA with honors from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).

The concept of a clean car has aways been a passion of Jon Zimmerman’s. Jon has been in the car wash industry for over 14 years both building and operating washes in the great Milwaukee area.
Jon joined the Jax family just over a year ago and today is the CEO of Jax Kar Wash, LLC. Together there are currently 29 JAX Kar Washes in Michigan and 7 Jilly’s in Wisconsin.
Prior to running car washes, Jon spent over 30 years in the computer software and fitness industries. Through these experiences, he realized the value of a recurring membership plan that is the foundation of the Jax platform.
