Eddie joined the industry-leading Transaction Liability Group at Lockton in 2021 as a Senior Vice President and now serves as Managing Director.

Eddie started his career as a corporate associate at Paul Weiss, a market-leading practice in public M&A and private equity, where he practiced law for five years before joining Aon in 2018 as a Vice President. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2020 focusing on insurance solutions that facilitated M&A and material corporate transactions. Prior to attending law school, Eddie was a seventh-grade English teacher in New York City, through Teach for America, for three years.

Cale is a member of the Investment Team and responsible for deal execution and portfolio company monitoring and value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining Huron Capital, Cale was an Investment Banking Analyst in William Blair’s Services and Industrials group, where he was responsible for executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions. His responsibilities included valuation, financial analysis, deal execution, and strategic advisory for both sell-side and buy-side engagements.
