Tim Damschroder is co-chair of Bodman PLC’s Business Practice Group. He specializes in middle-market M&A transactions, typically ranging from $30 million to $1 billion, and corporate finance. He has substantial experience serving as outside general counsel to automotive, industrial and technology companies. He is listed in Chambers USA (Band 1) IFLR1000, and other leading journals for his corporate and M&A work.

Mr. Timothy R. Kraus has served as Dana Incorporated’s Senior Vice President, Treasurer since February of 2017. Mr. Kraus is responsible for Dana’s global treasury operations including corporate liquidity, cash and risk management as well as managing Dana’s banking and ratings agency relationships. In addition to his treasury responsibilities, Mr. Kraus leads Dana’s tax and business development activities. Mr. Kraus joined Dana in 2010 as Vice President, Global Tax where he was responsible for the management of the global tax function. He assumed the additional responsibility of head of business development in 2016 successfully executing Dana’s acquisition strategy since that time.

 

Robert Metz

Robert Metz is responsible for all aspects of FM Sylvan’s business strategy, corporate development activities, and operations. During his tenure as CEO, the company achieved a 30% compound average growth rate for its core industrial contracting services for a 5 year period, extremely high customer retention rates within its Fortune 500 customer base, and consistently high project margins, resulting in the company’s acquisition by Blue Point Capital Partners in March 2018. Post acquisition, Robert leads the company’s global organic and inorganic expansion strategy with the goal of making FM Sylvan a billion dollar player in the industrial contracting services space with operations across North America.

Yan is a tech investor, advisor and experienced entrepreneur with over 30 years experience. He currently serves as executive chairman of Verge IO, the provider of VergeWare which shifts the cost and environmental paradigm of IT delivery globally. Yan also serves as advisor to the CEO of Larky.com, the leading platform for geo-targeted messaging in the fintech space.

Joe Wagner
Managing Director & Partner
P&M Corporate Finance, LLC

Joe Wagner is a Managing Director and Partner with PMCF and co-leads the firm’s Industrials group. He has over 16 years of investment banking experience including the execution of buy- and sell-side M&A advisory, shareholder recapitalizations, leveraged and management buyouts, and the private placement of senior and subordinated debt. He has extensive experience closing transactions in multiple segments, including manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and logistics, and has represented privately-held and publicly-listed companies and private equity groups both domestically and internationally.

He is a frequent speaker and contributor to various M&A industry conferences and publications.

Joe earned a B.B.A. with distinction with an emphasis in finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he earned Beta Gamma Sigma honors. He holds his Series 7, 63 and 24 registrations.
