Gerry is President of Barden Brook Capital. This is an advisory firm and investment partner to private equity groups, portfolio companies, and privately-held companies. Gerry is also an interim/fractional executive for Chief Outsiders. Chief Outsiders delivers experienced leadership when companies need results, not headcount. Interim/fractional executives at Chief Outsiders step in quickly, work hands-on with CEO’s, and focus on building repeatable, profitable growth. Gerry continues his work with private equity groups as an investment partner, executive advisor, industry advisor,  and Board Director assisting with deal sourcing, diligence, execution, and management. Gerry has held senior leadership roles for private equity sponsored middle-market manufacturing companies, including portfolio companies of the Carlyle Group, Wynnchurch Capital, Covington Capital, and The Questor Fund.
