Presented By: Aon / Dyopath

Every deal carries risk—but the way you identify and mitigate it can make the difference between a smooth close and a stalled transaction. This session explores how buyers, sellers, and financiers can uncover and address potential pitfalls before they derail value. From comprehensive risk analysis and reps & warranties insurance to cybersecurity, technology, and AI diligence, the discussion will spotlight strategies that reduce uncertainty for all stakeholders—operators, investors, and lenders alike. By proactively de-risking transactions, companies not only protect value but also accelerate timelines, creating conditions for deals to close faster, cleaner, and with greater confidence.
