Patrick’s real estate practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, development, capitalizing, financing, leasing and disposition of all product types of commercial real estate. Adam is a managing partner and co-founder of Marauder Capital. Prior to co-founding Marauder, Adam was the CFO of multiple public and private companies, including Basic Energy Services, Utility Global, KvP Energy Services and Dream Harvest. Before working for operating companies, Adam was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Intrepid. Prior to investment banking, Adam served as a Green Beret in the US Army.
Adam graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Adam also graduated from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business with a Master’s in Business Administration.

Anne Reiswerg is the former owner of Sand N Sea Properties LLC, a 50 year old real estate and vacation rental company on west Galveston Island. Sand N Sea sold to Continuum September 2025.
