Sarah "Sassie" Duggleby

Sassie Duggleby is CEO and co-founder of Venus Aerospace, which she has led from concept to global recognition, raising $180M and building partnerships with NASA, DARPA, the U.S. Air Force, and Lockheed Martin. Venus is advancing rocket propulsion through rotating detonation technology. Sassie's career spans engineering, manufacturing, and aerospace, including roles at Virgin Orbit. She serves on the Texas Space Commission and holds degrees from Texas A&M and Virginia Tech.
