Stephanie Campbell

Stephanie is a Co-Founder and General Partner of The Artemis Fund, where she brings a deep commitment to economic mobility and wealth-building through technology.

Before co-founding Artemis, Stephanie was the Managing Director of the Houston Angel Network, one of the most active angel groups in the U.S. Under her leadership, the network grew significantly and deployed hundreds of investments, earning national recognition for its impact.

Stephanie began her career in Washington, D.C. as a government relations associate at Potomac Partners, where she advised municipalities and clients in transportation, infrastructure, and financial services. She later moved into executive recruiting, working with Fortune 500 companies, hedge funds, and investment firms.

She holds a B.S. in Political Science from Spring Hill College and an MBA from Rice University.
