With over 25 years of experience in business consulting, Tom’s work focuses on HR strategy and structure, HR transformation, change management, strategic workforce planning, talent management and succession, M&A, employee retention, competency model development, HR metrics and analytics, and organizational design—serving companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 15. Tom is also the co-author of three books on business ethics.
