Navigating the Complex Sale: Lessons from a High-Stakes, Nontraditional Exit

Presented By: Bass, Berry & Sims PLC / Hyde Park Capital

Some businesses don’t fit a standard sell-side playbook. This session examines a real-world case study of a woman-owned government contracting company whose sale required creativity, persistence, and careful execution. Hear directly from the owners and advisors who navigated regulatory complexity, family dynamics, and buyer skepticism to engineer a successful outcome in a challenging process, as well as what others should consider when managing complex sell-side deals.
