Her leadership roles include senior executive positions at Procter & Gamble, Kellogg Company, and the CEO and founder of Simply Better Brands/TRUBAR, a publicly traded CPG wellness platform. At Kellogg, she led a $2B P&L across Club, Drug, Dollar, Discount, and eCommerce channels. Today, Kathy focuses on mentoring and consulting with entrepreneurs on scaling brands and companies via Green Peaks, LLC.
