Luke Horanski

Luke brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments across a variety of industries, with a focus on Industrials and Business Services.

Luke brings a unique blue-collar background to his investment banking practice, having previously worked in the construction field where he has served in a multitude of different capacities, including on the jobsite and engaging in corporate development initiatives. Today, Luke plays an instrumental role in Hyde Park Capital’s geographic expansion efforts, having transitioned from the firm’s headquarters in Tampa, Florida to a leadership role in Nashville, Tennessee where he focuses on expanding the firm’s presence in the broader Mid-South region. His distinctive perspective and deep understanding of founder- and family-owned business dynamics enable him to guide clients through the complexities of mergers and acquisitions processes with clarity and confidence. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including Dealmaker Forum, Birmingham Alternative Investment Group, and the Association of Building Contractors, among others. Luke also serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

Luke earned a B.A. in Economics from Virginia Tech, where he also captained the varsity baseball team, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maine. He is a FINRA registered securities professional and holds the Series 79 license.
