Tate McNeilly

Tate McNeilly is a Director and member of the investment team at Lead Capital Partners. He is responsible for all aspects of the firm's investment process, including acquisition sourcing, due diligence and portfolio management. He has spent the entirety of his career investing in lower middle market healthcare services businesses and currently serves on the board of Family Ties Enterprises, Ladd Dental Group, Viva Day + Med Spa and Lieberman Research. He is a Nashville native and a graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South.
