  • The transaction valued the outstanding common stock at $3.00/ share, a 91% premium over the Company’s share price at market close on October 26, 2022, immediately preceding the announcement.

  • The acquisition of SQS has expanded Magnolia River's geographic reach to the Northeast.
  • Since the acquisition of Storti Quality Services by Magnolia River we’ve completed four additional acquisitions.
