Gary Butler

Gary Butler is president of Precision Components Group, LLC (PCG), which manufactures large pressure vessels, reactors, and complex equipment for the defense and energy sectors. Under his leadership, PCG has become a trusted supplier to the U.S. Navy, Air Force, Army, and NASA, delivering critical components for aircraft launch systems as well as propulsion, operational, and waste management equipment for aircraft carriers and submarines.

Butler joined PGG in 1971 and served in various management positions until 1992, when he joined Ionics Corporation as general manager of operations. Since returning to PCG in 1997, and becoming CEO in 2001, Butler has been instrumental in revitalizing the company, which today employs over 400 professionals and generates annual revenues exceeding $120 million.
