Graham Bachman

Graham Bachman is Managing Director and Head of Business Development for Hidden River. With over a decade of experience in investing private capital markets, he is responsible for leading origination efforts at the firm. Hidden River’s structured capital solutions provide flexible, non-control debt and equity capital in transactions that allow management to continue to own and operate their business. Graham previously held positions as Managing Director for Pennington Partners, a multi-family office and Director of Business Development for Context Business Lending. He resides in Villanova, PA with his wife and three children.
