Jeff Brazwell

Jeff Brazwell is the CEO of Promise to Perform Industries, Inc. which manufactures cranes and hoists under the Spanco and Lug-All brands, respectively. Jeff, along with his two business partners, completed a management buyout of this 76-year-old company in 2021. The buyout used buyer's cash, bank financing and a small piece of private equity funding from Blue Highway to complete the funding stack. Since the acquisition Jeff and his team have led a complete turnaround of the company, improving nearly every metric.
