Kyle has led multiple high-impact exits, including scaling Sila Services from 9 to 40+ locations with revenue growth from $100M to $650M and EBITDA from $20M to $100M in under three years under Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, achieving a ~3x+ MOIC with its $1.8 billion sale to Goldman Sachs. At DreamLine, he drove 35% revenue and 88% EBITDA growth in 24 months under MPE Partners ownership before realizing a ~3.5x MOIC and sale to Centerbridge Partners.

Prior to these roles Kyle held multiple finance roles in portfolio companies of Brookfield Asset Management, American Infrastructure Partners, and several public company MLPs in energy and deathcare;all following a decade long career at Lockheed Martin.
