Patrick Colletti is a board director, executive advisor, and author who specializes in re-orienting struggling organizations and building enduring companies. As President of Net Health for over two decades, he and his partners transformed a near-bankrupt startup into a billion-dollar enterprise software and AI leader serving 25,000+ facilities and millions of patients annually including 98% of America's largest healthcare systems.

His book, Refounder: How Transformational Leaders Take What's Broken and Make it Better (Per Capita, 2021), chronicles this journey and introduces a framework for revitalizing organizations at any stage. The work has been endorsed by Harvard Business School and Carnegie Mellon University faculty and adopted by leaders across industries facing inflection points.

Colletti teaches Strategy, Innovation, and Commercialization at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, where he challenges MBA students to think critically about growth, culture, and leadership during times of disruption. He has served on a wide range of boards for angel, venture, family owned, not-for-profit, and private equity-backed companies, bringing operational expertise to early and growth-stage ventures.

An active early-stage investor and frequent keynote speaker, Colletti focuses on what he calls "refounding"—the discipline of reimagining existing organizations to meet contemporary challenges. His presentations blend hard-won operational lessons with frameworks applicable to businesses and communities seeking transformation.

Sankalp Arora is co-founder and CEO of Gather AI. Gather AI is the world's first proven automated inventory monitoring solution that uses off-the-shelf drones. With 15 years of experience in developing autonomous systems, Sankalp developed safety and sensor planning for the world's first safe autonomous helicopter. A project that won the Howard Hughes award, AUVSI Xcellence award and was nominated for the Collier Trophy. He is a recipient of the Qualcomm Innovation fellowship and Swartz Innovation fellowship. He holds a PhD in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon.

Nate Ghubril is a legal professional with a robust background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Member at TechGC since March 2024, Nate holds the position of Head of Legal at Gecko Robotics, Inc. since June 2023.

Prior experience includes serving as Managing Counsel at Argo AI from March 2020 to December 2022, Associate Counsel at Net Health from November 2015 to March 2020, and Staff Attorney at UPMC Health Plan from August 2013 to November 2015.

Nate Ghubril earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Penn State University.

Reba Schenk currently serves as the Vice President of Partner Success at Abridge since May 2024. Previously, Reba held various leadership roles at Doximity from May 2021 to May 2024, including Vice President of Digital Health and Vice President of Telehealth.

Reba's extensive experience in customer success includes a tenure at Net Health from September 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities included leading a team of customer success managers and ensuring client satisfaction for major healthcare accounts.

Earlier career highlights include positions at Marketing Support Network, overseeing strategy and development, and roles in both family therapy and community intervention programs.

Reba earned a Master of Social Work from Barry University and a Bachelor of Social Work from PennWest California.
