Dan Sarver has over 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Accounting, and Financial Analysis. He is a highly accomplished finance professional and has a proven track record of successfully executing complex business transactions including divestitures, management buyouts, balance sheet restructurings, and shareholder transactions. He is a co-founder of Confluence Advisors.

Throughout his extensive career, Dan has held senior roles with several major companies and has also served as Chief Financial Officer for multiple private businesses.
