Meg Kellogg is a Tax Managing Director at BDO. She has 28 years of tax experience, including 25 years in public accounting. Meg’s extensive experience includes serving privately held flow-through entities with tax planning and compliance, in addition to her experience with consolidated entities and income tax accounting. Meg has served clients in a variety of industries including construction, telecommunications, retail and manufacturing.


Tim Brady
Managing Director, Corporate Advisory Center

As a member of the Corporate Advisory Center, Tim drives the continued development and coordinated delivery of PNC’s numerous advisory capabilities. In this role he supports PNC’s Corporate Banking and Wealth Management teams across the country in delivering insights, analysis and tailored advice to our privately held businesses and their owners. These capabilities and insights are structured to support our customers in aligning their corporate, personal, and family goals. The PNC team is focused on helping our customers drive shareholder value, as well as prepare for various exit & liquidity events.

Previously, Tim worked at Copper Run Capital, an investment bank offering mergers and acquisition advisory services. In addition to traditional sell-side, Tim provided comprehensive buy-side advisory services -helping his clients identify and execute a corporate growth strategy through acquisitions. Tim assisted publicly-traded, privately-held, and private equity firms with a focus on software, IT services, business services, and distribution sectors. Prior to Copper Run, Tim served as a Vice President on the JPMorgan Corporate Banking Technology Group in San Francisco and Los Angeles. As a member of JPM’s tech practice, Tim assisted technology companies with financing, private placements, IPOs, international expansion, and automating payments and receivables. Previous to the tech team, Tim was a member of JPM’s middle market and large corporate practice in Ohio serving companies across a variety of industries.

Tim Hassler

Tim Hassler is a Managing Director with Lewis & Clark AgriFood, responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, investment and portfolio management. He previously managed a food and ag fund for Advantage Capital Partners, and prior to that, was a co-founder and COO for Patriot Capital Funding and a commercial lender for U.S. Bank.

Clay Hunter

Clay Hunter is the Chief Executive Officer of Broadview Group Holdings, LLC and is responsible for overall strategic direction of the firm and leads all of Broadview Group’s direct investments in private companies.

Clay’s focus is understanding the core fundamental drivers of a business and its strategy and developing personal relationships with owners and management teams, allowing him to provide value‐added assistance in pursuing profitable growth and creating lasting, long‐term value for all stakeholders.

Prior to Broadview Group, Clay was a managing director at The Stephens Group, one of the oldest and most successful family office investment firms in the U.S., from 2015 to 2020, where he led the firm’s focus on Industrial and Commercial Products and Services, including sub‐sector specializations in Engineered Industrial Products and Specialty Distribution. From 2015 to 2020, Clay led five different platform and numerous complementary acquisitions for The Stephens Group, serving as the Chairman of the Board or a Director of each. Prior to The Stephens Group, Clay was a managing director at Harbour Group where he spent 12 years identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities and providing board leadership and strategic guidance to numerous mid‐sized companies. Prior to Harbour Group, Clay was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. in its Chicago office.

Eloise Schmitz

Eloise Schmitz is the CEO and Co-Founder of LoanNEX, an innovative pricing and eligibility engine. LoanNEX was officially launched in 2016 with a focus in serving the specialized needs of the non-agency mortgage market. Prior to starting LoanNEX, Schmitz spent 12 years with Charter Communications, where she served as SVP of Finance and Strategy and CFO.
