As General Counsel of Basler Electric, a privately held manufacturer of electrical equipment for the power generation industry that sells its products worldwide, I manage Basler's commercial contracting, HR, compliance, and risk management. This includes Basler's operations in the US, Mexico and China. Prior to going in house, I worked at two well-respected St. Louis law firms, where my practice was focused primarily on commercial litigation, real estate litigation and employment law.

Stephen Nolan is the CFO of Lanter Delivery Systems, one of the nation’s most reliable and trusted supply chain networks. Previously, he was the CFO of another sponsor-backed industrial company and, prior to that, of three public companies, including Esterline Corporation, where he led the sale of the business in a $5+ billion transaction.
