Throughout his career, Dave has been deeply involved in all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including strategy development, target identification, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, deal structuring, and execution.

Dan is a seasoned M&A executive experienced in advising public companies, private equity firms, and privately held businesses across a wide range of industries. Dan has provided financial due diligence for 150+ transactions, encompassing buy-side and sell-side transactions ranging from $10 million to $5 billion. Prior to joining BDO, Dan spent the first 16 years of his career at EY.

Kameron Murphy is General Counsel at Basler Electric, a manufacturer of electrical control equipment. Basler's first in-house lawyer when he joined the company in 2021, Kameron in 2025 was part of the senior management team that lead a sale process culminating in Basler's acquisition by a Littelfuse, Inc. after more than 80 years of ownership by the Basler family. Kameron previously worked in private practice and in house for a privately held bulk liquid and chemical terminaling services provider.

Stephen Nolan is the CFO of Lanter Delivery Systems, one of the nation’s most reliable and trusted supply chain networks. Previously, he was the CFO of another sponsor-backed industrial company and, prior to that, of three public companies, including Esterline Corporation, where he led the sale of the business in a $5+ billion transaction.
