Jeff Giles is executive vice president, corporate development for Core & Main, a leading specialized distributor with a focus on water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products, and related services. As a member of the executive team, Giles leads the company’s strategy and inorganic growth initiatives, overseeing the corporate development function, including all aspects of M&A pipeline development, strategic evaluation, deal structure, valuation, due diligence and negotiation. Working in close partnership with the board of directors, regional leadership and functional teams, Giles has been instrumental in expanding Core & Main’s product and service offerings across both new and existing markets.

Dan Ladenberger is a semi-retired investor and consultant to small businesses after successfully executing the sale of Kemco Aerospace Manufacturing in 2022. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers starting as an audit professional in their St. Louis operations and eventually entering the PwC partnership in NYC. After exiting PwC, Dan joined SPX Corporation, a fortune 500 diversified industrial company, as finance and operational executive where he completed numerous global acquisitions and divestures in addition to serving as a corporate turnaround specialist. During his tenure with SPX, Dan ultimately had P/L responsibility for over $1.5 billion of revenue. Dan exited SPX in 2007 upon the purchase of Kemco Aerospace Manufacturing, a supplier of components and assemblies to prime contractors in the aerospace and defense sector. Kemco was sold to a large platform PE firm in 2002. In addition to his investment and consulting activities, Dan currently coaches several youth baseball and basketball teams.
