Presented By: Crowe / Leapfrog Services

Cyber vulnerabilities, data integrity issues, and financial blind spots don’t just create risk—they can derail deals, delay closings, and materially impact valuation. This session brings together operators, investors, and advisors to explore how risks surface during diligence and play out in real transactions. From intellectual property exposure and data security to quality of earnings and post-announcement threats, learn how experienced deal teams identify issues early—and respond when risk becomes reality.
